1. Return Eligibility
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
• Item is unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
• Item retains all original tags and is in original packaging.
• You have an order confirmation email or proof of purchase.
In accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, we respect your right to return items purchased online within a reasonable period of time.
2. Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
• Gift cards
• Swimwear and onesies (for hygiene reasons)
• Lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
• Items that have been modified, customized or personalized
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage or use
• Items missing original tags
• Items not in original packaging
If you receive a non-returnable item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately - we will resolve the issue properly.
3. Return process
Step 1 - Contact Us
Please send an email to info@vdfashiona.com and provide the following information:
Your order number
Items to be returned
Reason for return
Photos of the product (if damage or defects are involved)
Our team will review your request and respond with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24 hours.
Step 2 - Send the item back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Place the RA number inside the package or write it on the outside of the package.
Send the package to the address provided in our return instructions.
Step 3 - Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund request has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of inspection completion.
4. Return shipping charges
Returns for personal reasons (change of mind): Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit for returns.
Defective or Wrong Items: If the item you receive is defective, damaged, or shipped in error, we will cover the return shipping charges. Please be sure to contact us first and never return an item without contacting us.
When returning items due to personal reasons, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
5. Refund method
Refunds will be made to the payment method you used at checkout.
If you paid by credit/debit card, it may take 5–7 business days after the refund is processed to appear on your statement. The exact arrival time depends on your bank or card issuer.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method.
We do not offer cash refunds or store credit unless the original payment method becomes unavailable.
6. Exchange
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need to change the size, color or product, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the product you need.
If the replacement item is of the same value, the refund and new order deduction will be processed separately.
If the item you want is out of stock, our team will assist you in selecting a replacement item or provide you with a full refund.
7. Damaged or defective goods
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described:
1. Please contact us at info@vdfashiona.com within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Please provide your order number, description of the problem, and clear photos of the damage or defect.
3. Do not discard the item or its packaging until you receive further instructions from us.
4. We will arrange a prepaid return label for you (at no cost to you) and issue a full refund or exchange of goods, if you wish. Under the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) rules regarding merchandise ordered by mail, online, or over the phone, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement if the merchandise arrives damaged or defective.
8. Delay in refund or no refund received
If you do not receive your refund within the stipulated time:
1. Please check your bank or credit card statement again.
2. Contact your bank or card issuer - processing times may vary by institution.
3. If you have completed the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@vdfashiona.com.
9. Order cancellation
• You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
• To cancel, please send an email with your order number to info@vdfashiona.com.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please apply for return after receiving the goods.
10. California Consumer Rights
As a California-based business, we comply with California consumer protection laws, including the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA), which provides additional protections to California residents. In addition to the rights described in this policy, California residents may have other rights.
California residents:
• You have the right to return the defective product for a full refund, repair or replacement.
• We will not charge a restocking fee for returns of defective merchandise.
• If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may contact the California Department of Consumer Affairs at (800) 952-5225.
11. Order issues where the standard return policy does not apply
The following situations are not covered by our standard returns policy, but will be handled on a case-by-case basis:
Returns of items lost in transit with no tracking information - We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Returns received after the 30 day period - late returns may not be accepted.
Items returned without prior authorization - Unauthorized returns may be refused.
