1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional events, or periods of high order volume. We will notify you via email if any delays occur.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after you receive the shipping confirmation email.
6. Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.
V&D FASHION is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error.
If you notice an error in the address, please contact us immediately at info@vdfashiona.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional shipping costs for re-shipment.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
V&D FASHION is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked them as "Delivered." We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location or providing specific delivery instructions at checkout.
If your package is suspected lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.
If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package may be subject to a restocking fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense or to process a refund (deducting the original shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees).
9. Order Cancellations and Changes
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return in accordance with our "Return and Refund Policy."
10. Holiday Shipping
Order processing and delivery times may be extended during major U.S. holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day).
We recommend placing orders early during the holiday season to ensure timely delivery.
Any holiday shipping deadlines will be announced on our website and via email.
11. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to freight forwarder addresses.
We do not ship to third-party forwarding services.
We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of being intended for resale.
